​ Keep in mind the following:​

  1. Do not let the knee go past the toes.
  2. Keep as much of your weight on the heels.  
  3. Try doing these while being sideways in the mirror.  It will help you see where the knees are in reference to the toes.
  4. Go slow and be in control.
